What This Experience Is

The QOL R.E.S.E.T. is a 5-week group coaching experience designed to help you step out of the cycle of burnout, or away from the edge of it, and into a way of living that feels more consistent, supported, sustainable and ENJOYABLE.

Virtual meetings, once per week in a space that is grounded, authentic and built for honest growth.

Each week, we walk through a pillar of R.E.S.E.T.:
REFLECT • ENGAGE • SHIFT • EXPAND • THRIVE

You’ll gain tools, language, and perspective that help you understand what’s been driving your pace… and how to begin shifting it in real, lasting ways.

What This Experience Is Not

No life overhaul.
No quick fix.

This is a space where you get to show up as you are… and leave with more of yourself intact.

BURNOUT… I know what it’s like

The success story of my journey has been discovering Quality of Life

I used to play the game of Red Light / Green Light with my time and energy - I only lived in full motion or in full stop - until one day I could no longer do it. I realized that the way in which I was operating was not a sustainable pace. I found myself asking, What was I doing everything for, anyway?

Once I began the practice (it was definitely practice!) of slowing down, I was able to seek answers to what was holding me back from living the life of purpose I knew I was called to live. I have learned to incorporate a YELLOW light and a pace that is more purposefully consistent with the life I know I am called to live.

With an appreciation for, and experience in, discovering the Who, Where, What, Why, and How in my own life, I now help other women to find their own personal pace so they can work towards asking the questions and incorporating Quality of Life into their own life experience.

I have lived a life of toggling between working hard and finding meaning in what I am working for.

I know what it’s like to feel responsible for everything, to struggle to dream, to be disappointed (in so many things), to heal, and to - ultimately -

find joy and ease in my everyday life.

Each week we will be reviewing and discussing the 5 Pillars of R.E.S.E.T. Participants will have an opportunity to share in a time if Q&A. There will be a productive balance between content and group interaction.

OUR WEEKLY FRAMEWORK

WEEK 1 REFLECT: Identify current patterns, pace, and pressure points

  • Increase awareness of what’s driving your exhaustion

  • Begin separating what’s necessary vs. what’s learned behavior

  • Set a personal baseline for change

Outcome: Gain clarity around what’s actually going on beneath the surface

WEEK 2 ENGAGE: Reconnect with your needs, energy, and internal cues

  • Explore your relationship with responsibility, expectations, and capacity

  • Learn how to check in with yourself in real time

  • Identify what “supportive people” may look like in your life

  • Start making more intentional choices throughout your day
